PM Modi To Launch Kerala’s First Vande Bharat On April 25

TTU: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will dedicate many projects worth more than Rs 3200 crore on April 25 while in Kerala. He’ll also lay the foundation stone for a couple brand-new initiatives.

The inaugural Vande Bharat Express of Kerala will commence service between Thiruvananthapuram and Kasargod on Tuesday, beginning from Thiruvananthapuram Central Station, according to a statement released by the Prime Minister’s Office.

Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Kottayam, Ernakulam, Thrissur, Palakkad, Pathanamthitta, Malappuram, Kozhikode, Kannur, and Kasargod are among the 11 districts that the train will pass through.

A self-propelled, semi-high-speed train set called the Vande Bharat Express was built here. It has contemporary passenger amenities to make travel faster, cosier, and more convenient.

Prime Minister Modi will dedicate the Kochi Water Metro project and kick off the electrification of the Dindigul-Palani-Palakkad railway stretch at the following event.

The Thiruvananthapuram, Kozhikode, and Varkala Sivagiri stations will be renovated, among other railway projects for which PM Modi will lay the cornerstone.Along with the thorough development of the Nemon and Kochuveli region, the Thiruvananthapuram-Shoranur section’s sectional speed has been increased.

In addition, the Prime Minister will formally lay the cornerstone for Thiruvananthapuram’s Digital Science Park.

The PMO statement claims that the goal of the Digital Science Park is to serve as a crucial research hub for businesses and organisations that collaborate with academic institutions to create digital goods and services.

The co-development of products by businesses and universities as well as high-end applied research by enterprises will be made easier by modern core infrastructure.Phase 1 of the project cost an estimated Rs 1,515 crore, with an initial investment of about Rs 200 crore.
